I have been a customer for 19 years. When ever I needed Keystone Protective always available. I heard chirping and couldn’t figure it out. It was coming from my attic. Operator had me take pictures and I sent them by phone. It was an easy fix and no serious issue. No service call was needed. The operator spent time on the phone with me and was very patient. Very kind and explained what to do. I’m very grateful for her patience and kindness. Not everything is about money.
