Len and Keystone was recommended by a neighbor. Len came out to the house and made great practical recommendations to suit my needs without selling me the farm. Made a few adjustments after the onsite visit without any hassle. Jen in the office was helpful and friendly too. Looking forward to the new system.

Len and his staff respond almost instantly to inquiries. I’ve had no problem with the system since it was installed 4 years ago. Neighbor has DIY system that always has issues. Tech just installed additional sensors. He was friendly, attentive and professional. Call center responds immediately when alarm activated.
